[ncl-install] Matlab + ncl

I believe you can call NCL from within matlab, but as it was just noted
they are completely different languages so you cannot interactively get any
data directly back to Matlab from NCL. To get data to/from NCL in Matlab it
would likely be best to write out (temporary) netcdf files.

I believe you can use command line options though in your call to NCL from
within matlab:
