[ncl-install] Matlab + ncl

[Setareh Rahimi]

Dear Mr/Mrs,

I wonder if this possible to have ncl through matlab or not. I have no ncl
on my laptop, so I am thinking of using that by matlap if possible. Please
advice me in term of this issue .
