[ncl-install] testing NCL

Something is still not quite right, because I don't see that the
environment variable NCARG_ROOT is set. The command "env | grep
NCARG_ROOT" should have produced something like this:

NCARG_ROOT=/Users/jienjerr/ncl-6.3.0/ncl_ncarg-6.3.0.MacOS_10.10_64bit_nodap_gcc492

Did you follow the instructions at:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/install.shtml#SetNCARG_ROOT

for setting NCARG_ROOT and PATH?

Finally, for the "libgomp" issue, look here:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/macosx.shtml#libgomp
