[ncl-install] "ncargex" and "ng4ex" commond not found

Ehsan,

Did you try logging out and logging back in?  You need to do this after you
edit any .* files to add the NCARG_ROOT and make the change to PATH.

If you did logout and login again, and it's still not working, then I need
more information. If you can type the following on the UNIX command, it
will help:

env | grep NCARG
which ncl
echo $PATH

The "apt-get" command was just an example. It looks like you should be
using "yum" instead.
