[ncl-install] NCL Build Error: wrapit77 cannot find -ll

Gordon,

            Never seen that before.  Is that an "ell" or a "one"?  I have had problems with the NCL build in the past where it did a substitution of "Linux" with a "1", but that was in my pathnames.  Sorry I'm not able to help more.  NCL can be a pain sometimes.

I'm building NCL and making good progress (I think).  I've successfully built NCL before, and this is something I just can't figure out:

Any ideas?  I've never heard about a library "l" before.
