[ncl-install] NCL version

Hi Maziar,

Since you have gcc/gfortran 4.1.2, which is an older version, you will need
to download a binary that's been compiled with this compiler.  I recommend
this one:

ncl_ncarg-6.2.0.Linux_RHEL5.10_i686_gcc412.tar.gz
