Sorry you’re having trouble. I forwarded your question to ESG support. I’m not sure how to get the correct wget path, otherwise I’d just send that to you.

Meanwhile, you can try getting the file by navigating your way to it from the earthsystemgrid.org website:

http://www.earthsystemgrid.org  -> NCL: NCAR Command Language -> NCL Version 6.1.2 -> NCL Version 6.1.2 precompiled binaries, OPeNDAP-enabled -> Download Options -> ncl_​ncarg-​6.​1.​2.​CYGWIN_​NT-​6.​1-​WOW64_​i686.​tar.​gz
