[ncl-install] could not build NCL

Hi,
Thanks for showing interest on my matters. I use centos 6.3 so  I
thought ncl_ncarg-6.1.2.Linux_CentOS5.9_i686_nodap_gcc412.tar.gz could
be best choice as there is no other choice for Centos flavour. If we
can go for NCL build for other flavours of linux (other than Centos)
then I will try them too.
