[ncl-install] ncargex cpex08 -clean post-install test fails

It's not enough to just have the "libxxxx.so.1" files.  You also need a
"libxxxx.so" file or a "libxxxx.a" file.

I noticed your locate command had errors, so I'm wondering if you typed it
correctly.

You need to type exactly:

locate libcairo
locate libXext
locate libbz2

and not

locate -lXext

Please type the first three locate commands, and email me all the output.
