[ncl-install] ncl error

Dear All,

I am really in trouble with ncl. I have tried with OPeNDAP-enabled and not
enabled version of  SL6.5_x86_64_gcc447 for my unix system (bash). The ncl
was downloaded and un tar in the directory /global/scratch/username/NCL_2.
I set the following...
 export NCARG_ROOT=/global/scratch/username/NCL_2
export PATH=$NCARG_ROOT/bin:$PATH
export DISPLAY=192.168.1.70:0
command: ncl util/plotgrids.ncl which gives the following.
