[ncl-install] run error

dear

i am trying to run NCL by: *ng4ex gsun01n -clean *

but it reply: Resource directory </usr/share/ncarg/resfiles> does not
exist.

i check some thing to find reason for example

 1- i set NCARG_ROOT as:

*export NCARG_ROOT=/home/fkomijani/NCL
6.1.2/ncl_ncarg6.1.2.Linux_Debian6.0_i686_nodap_gcc445* in .bashrc
environment.

2- when i type *ncargpath resfiles* in command line it replies :
/usr/share/ncarg/resfiles

3- also i check /usr/bin/env by:

[fkomijani at localhost ~]$ env

some of its contains are:

NCARG_NCARG=/usr/share/ncarg

NCARG_LIB=/usr/lib/ncarg

NCARG_ROOT=/home/fkomijani/NCL-6.1.2/ncl_ncarg-6.1.2.Linux_Debian6.0_i686_nodap_gcc445


NCARG_GRAPHCAPS=/usr/lib/ncarg/graphcaps

NCARG_FONTCAPS=/usr/lib/ncarg/fontcaps

NCARG_DATABASE=/usr/lib/ncarg/database

4- and i install tcsh by Yum install tcsh

now would you please tell me how i can solve this error
