[ncl-install] missing include file ni/src/ncl/NclExitCode.h

Dear developers,

I've been compiling NCL on an IBM Power6 system with linux and I noticed
the following problem:

ncl610 at p6012:~/ncl_ncarg-6.1.0> make includes
...
Making includes in ./ni/src/ncl
make[3]: Entering directory `/gpfs/h05/ncl610/ncl_ncarg-6.1.0/ni/src/ncl'
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `NclExitCode.h', needed by 
`includes'.  Stop.
make[3]: Leaving directory `/gpfs/h05/ncl610/ncl_ncarg-6.1.0/ni/src/ncl'
Making includes in ./ni/src/mkwrap
...

I can't find this file anywhere, or how it would be generated otherwise. 
Can you
help me?
