[ncl-install] NCL 6.1.0-beta on Fedora i686

Before version 6.0.0, I can use precompiled NCL binaries on Fedora (32-bit).

But I can't find any available precompiled NCL-6.1.0-beta binaries for
RedHat i686 on on the Earth System Grid website.

Do I have to compile from the source code by myself?
or NCAR will release this binaries later?
