[ncl-install] NCAR graphic test failed

 Good night,

I installed the ncl precompiled binaries and when I tested NCAR graphics I
received the following message:

The compile and link failed.


The NCL test was successful, but the NCAR graphics one failed, how do I
solve this? any help would be appreciated.
