[ncl-install] help NCL

dear all,

i have trouble in installing NCL, please, help me? an attached file is
added to see detailed error.

because when i install it, it stops in the state "Finished making and
Installing <Everything>"

(i use Intel compiler fortran)

and when i try to run any program. an error is as follow:
