[ncl-install] nacrg on Mac OS X Lion

Thanks to everybody for their testing. It looks like idt definitely has a problem.
My hope is that if you build from source code, it will work fine.

Has anybody actually tried building NCL from source under MacOS 10.7?

I assume all of these tests are from using a precompiled binary for MacOS 10.6.

I will see if I can get access to a test 10.7 system. But, if I can't, then I won't be able to get to this right away.
