[ncl-install] version of NCL to use with Mac OS 10.7 (lion) and Xcode 4.1

Erik,

Thanks that did it. I actually had the gfortran from  
hpc.sourceforge.net but was concerned that it was not the same version  
of gcc that ncargraphics was compiled under. Seems to work so on to  
more fun things.
