[ncl-install] ncl binaries

Hi Stephanie,

It looks like maybe you didn't download the correct binaries for your  
system. The "ia64" indicates they are for an itanium system.
My guess is that you have an x86_64 system.

You can type "uname -m" on the UNIX command line to see if it says  
"x86_64".

If it does, I recommend downloading one of the x86_64 Debian binaries.  
They should still work, even on a SUSE machine.
If uname -m reports something like "i686", then download one of the  
Debian i686 binaries.
