[ncl-install] ok, once more

I understand there is this mismatch with an old env file that must have been installed the last time, maybe a year ago that I tried but failed to install NCAR graphics on my IMac.
However, as you can see the .cshrc file clearly points to the new directory. Does giving it the command "tcsh" not make it invoke the .cshrc file?  Why does env keep using this old directory?
