[ncl-install] why -I/usr/include/linux turn to -I/usr/include/1 after configure

Try putting single tick marks around the whole line:

#define ArchRecIncSearch    '-I/usr/include -I/usr/include/X11 -I/mnt/ 
home/xqiu/Program/IntelCompiled/include -I/opt/intel/Compiler/ 
11.1/064/include -I/usr/include/linux'

You will need to rerun make Everything
