[ncl-install] NCARG install problem on Mac OSX (10.6.2) by gfortran4.5.0

Hi Satomura,

I'm unable to help with this question at the moment, because I don't
have a 10.6 system or gfortran 4.5.

Sometimes I try compiling this code with as few compiler options as
possible to see if this helps.

To do this:

   cd $NCARG/common/src/fontcaps
   Edit the "Makefile" file
   Remove the "-O", "-fno-range-check" options.
   Save the file

Type:

    make clean all install

and see what happens.
