[ncl-install] Cannot install NCL 5.2.0 binaries on RHEL 4 while 5.1.x did work before

Hi Mary,

Here is what I have:

%  gcc --version
gcc (GCC) 3.4.6 20060404 (Red Hat 3.4.6-8)

%  gfortran --version
GNU Fortran 95 (GCC) 4.1.1 20070105 (Red Hat 4.1.1-53)

I downloaded these NCL versions:
-rw-r--r--  1 page globc 55M Apr 16 16:55
ncl_ncarg-5.2.0.Linux_RedHat_x86_64_gcc412.tar.gz
-rw-r--r--  1 page globc 55M Apr 16 16:55
ncl_ncarg-5.2.0.Linux_x86_64_gcc432.tar.gz
