[ncl-install] Note to people who downloaded NCL from November 13-25, 2009

Hi folks,

If you downloaded NCL from www.earthsystemgrid.org during the period  
November 13-25, 2009, then you may have inadvertently gotten version  
5.1.0, instead of the most recent version 5.1.1.

To test which version you have, type:

    ncl -V

I'm also going to send an email to each person who downloaded NCL  
during that period, so you might get duplicate emails from me.

My apologies for the incovenience. The download instructions for  
V5.1.1 are the same as V5.1.0.
