[ncl-install] X11 problem on install

I'm not sure, there is any useful /usr/X11R6/lib64 folder on the new OS
versions (RHEL5, CentOS 5, etc.). To find the right X11 stuff, I have to set
the path to /usr/lib64. All the X libraries now reside there.
