[ncl-install] Modifications to two files

All,

The NCL Team is recommending two small, but important, changes to two  
source files:

ncl.l

and

Symbol.h

These files are located in:  $NCL_SRC/ni/src/ncl
where $NCL_SRC is the root point of your NCL source code tree.

Please add a 'newline' -- that is, an extra line, at the end of each  
file.  Some recent installation trouble experienced
by NCL user Jan Ploski pointed out these fixes.  These changes have  
been made in our source code repository and
will be part of the next release of NCL source code.
