[ncl-install] about installation

Hi. Dear.

I read the install.txt

 

As the first step, I command ./ymake, but doesn't respond.

So I modify the ymake file, but I don't have any idea, Please tell me the
way to figure it out.

 

My computer is fedora3, PGF90,SYSTEM_INCLUDE=LINUX, 32bit.
