[ncl-install] problem in using NCAR Graphics

Hi,

I have downloaded and untared the binaries for NCAR Graphics and set the
environment variables according to instructions given but when I try to run
NCAR Graphics, I receive a message "cannot execute binary file".

Can you suggest me what can be the problem?
