[ncl-install] NCL 5.0.0 ictrans compilation Error

Nguyen,

You may be able to get by without needing -lg2c and -lgcc.

Edit the file $NCARG/config/LINUX and remove them from the  
CtoFLibraries line, and then rerun "make Everything".
