[NARCCAP-discuss] Missing Data NARCCAP wrfg cgcm3-future Table 3

Hi Korri,

When those files were originally produced, the Table 3 files from the
cgcm3-future run were missing every fifth year.  We've got replacements that
have data for those years filled in, and I'm working on getting them published.
