[NARCCAP-discuss] downloading

Hi everyone,

I know there were some issues this weekend with downloading data from 
ESG.
This issue has been resolved and testing shows NARCCAP downloads are
working properly.

Please keep in mind that if you are still having trouble with 
downloads,
you likely need to request an updated "MyProxy Certificate" as
these security credentials are only valid for 72 hours.
