I have posted scripts for this on the NARCCAP dynamical downscaling wiki.  Feel free to join it and download them. I think I put them in the tools section.  These are my scripts, so if you have any problems with them, fell free to contact me, or ask questions thru the dynamical downscaling email list (the latter is probably best, then there will be a record of it).
