[NARCCAP-discuss] problems downloading NARCCAP data?

Hi Darrin,

I checked, and tds.ucar.edu appears to be down for me, too.

I've sent email to esg-support at earthsystemgrid.org asking about the issue, but
I haven't heard anything back yet.
