[NARCCAP-discuss] Problems downloading from ESG

Hi all,

If you're getting 404 errors on the links from the top-level NARCCAP catalog on
ESG, odds are the problem is that you recently upgraded to Firefox 4.  I'm not
sure why it happens, but somehow Firefox 4 is mangling the URLs on that page.

ESG has an upgrade planned very soon (possibly as soon as tomorrow) that should
fix it.  But until then, you should be able to work around it by using a
different browser.
