Hello All,<div><br></div><div>This commit check is intended to add the ability for config_start_time to be set to 'file'. In order for this to work, whenever a restart file is written, the time stamp is written to a file named 'restart_timestamp'. When using 'file' for the start time, the time stamp is read from this file prior to reading in a restart, and is used when determining when the run should start from.</div>
<div><br></div><div>The attached files provide the framework required for this task, along with a working implementation in the current ocean core.</div><div><br></div><div>From my tests, the framework changes don't break anything in any other cores. But the other cores will need modifications (which I could make) before the file option will work.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I would like to commit these by the end of the week. So any comments/questions are welcome. If someone wants to test it with a different core, I can help make the changes needed to make it work in that core and send out a modified file for it.</div>
