1) netCDF4 is now an option, but only compression<br>

M    users_guide_chap4.doc<br>
2) state that users need to replace the omlcall nml variable with sf_ocean_physics<br>
3) info that iso_temp=200 K is now the default<br>
<br>
M    users_guide_chap8.doc<br>
4) replace references of Fortran90 with Fortran<br>
5) include that we use Fortran 2003 constructs<br>
