[LTR-announce] LTR Version 2.1.4 released

Greetings,

The LTR team is happy to announce a minor point release of the coupled LFM-TIEGCM-RCM models (ie. LFM-MIX and CMIT).  This release contains a number of minor bug fixes and TIEGCM version 1.94.1.
