Baylor Fox-Kemper from Brown University will give a talk titled "Paused Global Warming – Does the Fossil Record Constrain Variability in the Oceans' Abyss?” and Sean Haney from CU will give a talk titled "The Influence of Stokes Drift on Baroclinic Instabilities in the Ocean Mixed Layer." An announcement with abstracts is attached.<div><br></div><div>Also, some of you may be interested in the 2015 Wind Energy Systems Engineering Workshop, which will be held on the CU campus on January 14 and 15.
