[GTP] funds

Dear all,

Let me first wish you a Happy New Year.

As you may know, we have some funds left in the GTP budget for 2010  
(reserve and unspent monies).

In this context, I would like to invite you to think about extra  
activities you would like to propose.

I suggest that if you are interested, you send me a small text with  
the justification and the requested amount by the end of February.
