Please find attached the description of a research engineer position<br>
at the IMFT (Institute of Fluid Mechanics) in Toulouse, France.<br>
<br>
"Hydrological modelling at the catchment scale: water and sediment<br>
transport processes during flash flood events".<br>
<br>
The position is funded by the RTRA STAE<br>
(<a href="http://www.fondation-stae.net/" target="_blank">http://www.fondation-stae.<u></u>net/</a>) and results are likely to contribute<br>
to the HyMeX program.<br>
<br>
The candidates should have an engineer diploma or equivalent with good<br>
knowledge in the field of distributed hydrological modeling and<br>
fluvial hydraulics. A good knowledge of the programming language<br>
FORTRAN is required. An understanding of sediment transport processes<br>
would be appreciated.<br>
<br>
The successful applicant will be recruited for 18 months. The deadline<br>
for receipt of applications is April 15, 2015 .<br>
