Open to employees new to proposal writing & those needing to refresh skills

*Course Description: *The session outlines the foundation for increasing
your success rate for obtaining funding.

Topics for discussion include:

• Discussion of why proposals/grants win and why they lose
• Understanding and analyzing the solicitation documents
• Coping with "bad" or vague solicitation documents, RFPs, RFAs or other
documents
• Developing and using a requirements compliance table
• Developing and using an outline and applying it as a document management
and writing tool
• Ensuring 100% requirements compliance
• Making the bid-/no-bid decision
• Essentials of effective writing/writing in plain language

*Target Audience:*

Designed for those new to proposal writing and those wishing to refresh
their skills.
