Hi Paula,

SPP is heading to the Colorado Convention Center for a very cool event
called GESTEM (Girls Exploring Science,Technology, Engineering and Math)
designed for 6th and 7th grade girls. The event is on May 8th from 8-2pm.

We are looking for women scientists interested in participating in the
program. Our plan is to present a short talk about dropsondes and
instruments involved with weather research then have the girls build and
test their prototype for trials in the wind tunnel.

Would you want to put this out to ASP women to see if there is interest. No
problem if you don't want to.
