change and environmental health at Willamette University

Dear Professor Morgan: our Department of Environmental and Earth Sciences
here at Willamette University is presently conducting conducting a search
for a new tenure track position in Global Climate Change and Environmental
Health. We are especially interested in applicants with expertise in the
human health dimensions of global climate change such as (but not limited
to) infectious disease, food security, water resources, or population
displacement, and an aptitude for and commitment to teaching and research
in an interdisciplinary environmental science department. We thought
that such a position may be of particular interest to some of your students
in the Department of Engineering and Public Policy at CMU.

I have included below both a link to the online job announcement and
application portal as well as an electronic copy of the position
announcement. If you know of any of your recent graduates or nearly
completed ABDs that would be interested in a position in a liberal arts
institution please feel free to pass this information along, or
alternatively, to pass their names along to me so that I may send them the
materials. The position announcement includes quite a bit of material
regarding Willamette's programs and how this position fits in with our
broader strategic initiative.

Sincerely, Joe
