[Grad-postdoc-assn] Fall Picnic, Please Respond if you plan to attend

Hi all,

We're going to celebrate National Postdoc Appreciation Day (September 
24th) a little early this year. ASP is sponsoring a family picnic at the 
Martin Park Shelter from 4:30-6:00 p.m on Thursday September 5th. We'll 
provide food and drinks for you and your family.

Martin Park is on the northeast corner of Table Mesa and Broadway. All 
NCAR postdocs and grad students, along with your families, are invited.

Please let me know if you plan to attend and if so, how many will be 
coming with you. I would like your response by the end of the day on 
Friday August 30th .

Directions:

If you are coming by bike, shuttle or bus, you'll see Martin Park on the 
northeast corner of Table Mesa and Broadway, no problem.

If you are coming by car, here are directions from Table Mesa and Broadway:
-Go north on Broadway from Table Mesa
-Take a right onto Eastman
-Eastman curves and turns into 36th
-Just past that curve, look for the park entrance on your left
