This is a reminder about our upcoming workshop on October 21, from 9-11 
am in the Art Gallery , UMC Building: Immigration Presentation for 
International Postdocs, Research Scientists and University Professors.

This is an information legal seminar discussing temporary visas and 
permanent resident options with an emphasis on Extraordinary Ability and 
National Interest Waiver applications. Followed by Q & A.

The speaker is  Brendan Delaney, J.D., Partner at Leavy, Frank & 
Delaney, LLC
Brendan is from Northern Ireland and received his undergraduate degree 
from the University of Ulster and his J.D. from Catholic University in 
Washington DC. He has been with the firm since December 2000. In 
addition to his role with the firm, he also currently serves on the 
Advisory Council of the National Postdoctoral Association.
