[Grad-postdoc-assn] ASP Hike: Venue Change

Hi everyone,

I've had such a positive response to our hike that I have to move the 
venue to the Damon Room.  So, we'll meet in the Damon Room and return to 
the Damon Room for breakfast.

Everything else below remains the same.
