U.S. CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY IN THE CONTEXT OF CONGRESSIONAL PARALYSIS

Comprehensive U.S. climate legislation passed the House of Representatives
in June 2009 but has stalled in the Senate. What does this mean for U.S.

Join us for a frank and lively discussion on how the U.S. and the states
should (and likely will) move forward in the face of on-going Congressional
paralysis.
