[Grad-postdoc-assn] Elk bugling hike in the Rocky Mountain National Park- Need response by September 18th

Hi Everyone,

As promised yesterday, here is a reminder about the Elk Bugling hike  
that the social committee would like to propose you for the last week  
of september.
In order to reserve the guide I really need to have an idea of how  
many people would be interested and what day would fit more people.
For those ones who haven't answer the following questions yet, please  
do so (even if your not completely sure of the answer) by next  
Thursday (18th of september).
