If you have a PowerPoint presentation for the retreat please email it  
to me by COB today (4p.m.) or bring it with you tomorrow on a USB  
memory device.

Please note:
All laptops, Blackberries, iPhones and cellphones should be left at  
home or turned OFF during the retreat.
