[Grad-postdoc-assn] September Girl Scout Event

Hi everyone,

We invite you to be a part of the next Girl Scouts at NCAR event, which 
will take place at the Mesa Lab on Saturday, September 29, 2007, from 
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The theme of the event is "Climate and Weather, The 
Two Go Together", and it is designed to introduce young women to the 
atmospheric sciences and to help them develop a positive attitude toward 
science through hands-on activities and interaction with some of NCAR's 
scientists.

We are again looking for volunteers to lead demonstrations, assist with 
activities, and talk with the girls about how you became interested in 
science and math and why you enjoy working at NCAR.
