[Grad-postdoc-assn] volunteers needed, Carriage House Donations Drive

Hi All,

We've had an awesome response to our holiday donations drive for the 
Carriage House.

Due to this great response, I need some *help*: 1) emptying out donation 
boxes as needed; and 2) gathering donations to bring to Carriage House.

1.  It would be great to have a volunteer at Mesa (Library) and a 
volunteer at CG (CG1-2144) periodically checking the donations boxes and 
emptying them as needed.  The box at FL was overflowing and had three 
full shopping bags next to it!  We don't want people to think that we 
don't need any more donations.  We already have a non-ASP volunteer 
doing this for us at FL-4.

2.  I would like to collect all donations on Dec. 20, 1 week from today; 
and will deliver them on Dec. 21.  Any help with donation collections 
would be greatly appreciated.  Please contact me if you are willing/able 
so we can coordinate a plan.
